Free and Pro
Free is enough to manage tasks. Pro adds calendar, inbox and everything that calculates from your events.

Prices include taxes. What the checkout shows is what you pay. Payment runs through Paddle. Invoices are there too.
The Lifetime pass is a one-time purchase. It unlocks every Pro feature permanently, does not expire and does not renew. If a subscription is already running, cancel it after the purchase. The pass is not affected.
Try it for 14 days
A new account has every Pro feature for 14 days, without payment details. After that it carries on as Free. There is nothing to cancel. Older accounts can start the trial once under Settings › Plan & billing.
Four days before the end a note above the board points it out; two days before, an email follows.
Recommend Aevo
Under Settings › Account & profile you find your invitation link under "Recommend Aevo". If someone signs up through it and uses Aevo, you both get a month of Pro. "Uses" means: calendar connected or five tasks of their own created. This works up to twelve times.
When you reach a limit
Aevo tells you beforehand instead of silently dropping what you entered. You see a note and can upgrade or leave it.
When Pro ends
Nothing is deleted.
- Additional workspaces become read-only. You can still read everything.
- Calendar and inbox sync pauses. The connections stay stored.
- Reminders stay on the tasks; nothing is sent.
- Projects above the limit stay as they are. You can create new ones again with Pro.
With Pro everything resumes at once.
Manage, cancel, withdraw
Under Settings › Plan & billing you see your plan and your usage. That is also where you buy: "Subscribe to Pro" or "Buy the lifetime pass". "Manage subscription" opens the customer portal with payment method, invoices and cancellation.
- Withdrawal: within 14 days of the first payment; the amount is refunded.
- Cancellation: at any time, to the end of the current billing period.
Both forms are reachable on aevo.so without signing in. An informal email to support@abacado.com is enough as well.
